Gary K. Weise has been an entrepreneur for 40+ years, attributing his longevity to identifying opportunities on multiple levels, striving to stay one step ahead of the "trend line."

His early background shaped and influenced his creativity and value system because we are all composites of past experience. While serving in the armed forces he learned the importance of clear and succinct communication, chain of command, obedience to duty, patience and love of country. The grocery industry taught him time management, POP display merchandising, human nature, inventory control, customer service and complaint resolution. He later developed his entrepreneurial style with these fundamentals in place.

Gary is recognized as a "StartUp Specialist" whose business approach is KISS (keep it simple stupid). Many of his products are still ranked number one in yearly sales volume. Gary has trained hundreds of industry professionals in polyethylene socket fusion. Gary has also worked with the NEC National Standards Process both through implementation and education.

His goal is to reach new heights with the ability to "think outside the box". His purpose is to make a difference every day and give back whenever possible, ultimately creating shared opportunities.
All this is in keeping with his philosophy that your legacy comes from hard work which is personified by a lifetime of accomplishments.
